Appetizer paired with Hale’s American Pale Ale

Seafood Medley of pan-seared Jumbo Prawn, Filet of Sole steamed in a Napa Cabbage Wrap & Smoked Scallop on Lemon and Caper Buerre Blanc.

 

Soup paired with Hale’s Irish Nut Brown Ale

Roasted Acorn Squash soup with Baguette Crostini and Crispy Sage.

Roullade Trio paired with Hale’s Dubbel Belgian

Beef Tenderloin wrapped around a wild Mushroom Duxelle, Chicken Breast around a Sundried Tomato Tapenade and Pork Loin around Apple Sausage Stuffing each wrapped with Proscuitto and pan seared.  Served with Polenta Croquettes and Ratatouille.

Grilled Pesto Salmon paired with Hale’s German Kolsch
